The moulded, minimal form of the Pebble Cheese Plane makes no secret of its job: shaving clean, even slices from firm cheeses. The soft silicone handle gives a comfortable, certain grip, and the blade glides rather than drags.
Designed by Simon Legald as part of Normann Copenhagen's Pebble cheese series, it is made from stainless steel with a black ceramic coating that looks as sharp as it works. Dishwasher safe for painless clean-up, it pairs with the Pebble Cheese Slicer and the marble Pebble Board for a complete, considered cheese service.
